I've been in love with leather my whole life, and I think leather is strong, eternal and reliable. We use 100% vegetable tanned hides or 50% -50% veg/chrome tanned & occasionally just chrome tanned hides for wonderful colours.We buy our leather from local suppliers whenever possible, who often purchase from tanneries that buy from the food industry. Food suppliers who would've otherwise discarded these beautiful leather hides.When shopping, we look for & love working with scarred leather. It gives me an opportunity to guess the adventure this hide has had, and now it can be repurposed to continue its journey.
